- The steps needed at the pre-recruitment planning stage, and processes needed in place before advertising a postition.
- How the right candidate is found for a role and how to reject the wrong one.
- Carry out various vetting checks, susch as references and DBS checks, and understand the DBS update system.
- What is involved in post-recruitment activities - i.e. observations and supervision and how to conduct them.
